Le gouvernement israélien utilise des termes comme « émigration volontaire » pour désigner sa politique génocidaire, mais ses efforts pour nettoyer ethniquement les Palestiniens de leur patrie sont aussi intentionnels aujourd’hui qu’ils l’étaient il y a 75 ans pendant la Nakba. L’État d’Israël a été fondé sur l’expulsion de 750 000 Palestiniens de leur terre, inspiré par le sionisme, l’idéologie coloniale de peuplement qui envisage un pays réservé aux Juifs. Depuis octobre, l’armée israélienne a déplacé 2 millions de Palestiniens, soit 90 % de la population.
Cela n’a jamais été aussi clair : il s’agit d’un nettoyage ethnique et il n’y a rien de « volontaire » là-dedans. En tant que Juifs antisionistes et personnes qui croient en la liberté et la dignité pour tous, nous devons dénoncer le langage génocidaire. Nous exigeons un cessez-le-feu durable.
